NO PRACTICE

Prepare 1st uniform (If you don't have , inform the WM)
-Blazer, Skirt/Pants, Shoes
INCLUDING:_
Girls: black and red ribbons (for hair), 1 big ribbon (collar)
Boys: black tie


WEDNESDAY 18/5
Rehearsal for 30th anniversary celebration
2.15pm fall in
3.00pm start
7.00pm END
Band position at ISH beside scout contingent.
SONGS TO PLAY:
1) 1-2 song piece before president arrive
2) Fanfare for president
3) 3minute piece as the president plants a tree
4) Any piece as he proceeds from ISH to Hall


THURDAY 19/5
Special practice session
2.30pm FALL IN
2.45pm Seated and start practice
6.45pm END
PRACTICE @ HALL/MUSIC RM


Friday 20/5
Rehearsal for St John performance
1.30pm FALL IN
6.30pm END


Saturday 21/5
Singapore St John ambulance brigade officer training graduation passing out parade performance
Reach school at 7am. Latest ending time at 11am.
Attire: Full first uniform.
Note: Many parents, important guests from ccab etc will come.


Dear sec four and five who are taking mother exam will be excused from practice after saturday 21/5 unless otherwise approached by teacher due to manpower issue with regards to next important performance on 27/5 MF 30th anniversary celebration. All to take part in fall in with the band.



Thursday 26/5
Last day of school.

Friday 27/5
MF 30th anniversary celebration performance
No school for all.
Band reporting time: 1pm.

Our practises till the day we go up the stage


Compulsory practises:

Note: Lunch(1pm to 2pm) and dinner(7pm to 8pm or earlier) will be provided.



Note: All members to report to band room at 11.05pm.

Note: Lunch(1pm to 2pm) and dinner (6pm to 7pm or earlier) will be provided.





Non - compulsory practises:

EVERYDAY! Except for Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Please inform Ms Mok earlier.
(1day in advance)



NOTE: We will be having 2 Friday night practises. Please let your parents know!
2 Important dates to take note: Assembly performance and SYF DAY.



SYF DAY parents are invited to the Singapore Conference Hall to support us. Please be there at 1.30pm and you will be able to enter.
