0900-1200 ----- Combined Rehearsal

30-03-2010 Tuesday (Rehearsal)
1530-1800 ----- Combined Rehearsal

31-03-2010 Wednesday (Rehearsal)
1530-1800 ----- Combined Rehearsal

01-04-2010 Thursday (Actual Day)
0730 ----- Fall-in (preferrably with First-U / if not ready, full school uniform & tie)
0745 ----- Set-up / Warm-up / Settle into position
0815 ----- Warm-up / Tuning / Practice
0900 ----- Band plays music for guest arrival
0915 ----- All on standby
1000 ----- Guest-of-Honour Arrival (Fan-fare + Salute) / Inspection (Slow March)
1010 ----- Contingent March-in at Hall (March)
1015 ----- Hall programme will proceed / Prize Winner to report to hall / Band to clear out
1300 ----- End of Speech Day
